Mario has experienced multiple forms of meditation, psychoanalysis and hypnosis which has led him to understand how these have an effect on us. Mario looks forward to share these experiences and allow everyone to learn about their life traits and grow. As a result, he has been able to share simple steps that allow all to develop all skills we are born with. Mario has learnt hypnosis becoming a Board Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotist (NGH). More skills and experience was obtained with Dr. Brian Weiss and his wife Carole, past life regressions.
Mario understands that hypnosis aids with stress management, fears, anxiety, focus for students and anyone else, athletes, quit smoking, depression, weight loss, study, understanding illness, amongst other many themes that aid us.
Mario uses a style that is high-energy, refreshing and suitable for all ages.
